Qualifications
- Diploma in Information Science, Library Services, Business Administration or equivalent.
Knowledge and/or Experience
- 5 years’ experience on Document Control/Management on major projects preparably OG with experience working under Quality and Completion department.
- Exceptional level of computer literacy in Windows – Word, Outlook, Excel
- In-depth knowledge of document control systems and procedures.
- Experience of using EDMS (Electronic Document Management Systems) such as PIMS would be advantageous.
- Experience on ITR, RFI, Dossiers, completion certificates and completion database (WinPCS preparably but not mandatory).
- Effective in building good working relationships within the project team.
Technical and Business Skills
- Excellent written and oral English skills.
- Strong organisational, planning and coordination skills.
- Strong technical, prioritisation and management skills.
- Good communication, influencing and interface skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of software programs, etc.
