Qualifications

• Engineering Degree preferably.

Knowledge and/or Experience

• Minimum 15yrs experience with Offshore Facilities (particularly wellhead platform, production platform, accommodation platform, living quarter module, construction) design, procurement, fabrication, construction & commissioning work phases.
• Preferably 12yrs experience in execution of Building Package / Living Quarter execution phases; i.e., fabrication, construction, Precommissioning, within the offshore oil and gas industry; wellhead platforms, production platforms, accommodation modules, FPSO accommodation blocks, etc.
• Minimum 10yrs experience in fabrication yards, preferably SE Asia or Middle Eastern fabrication / construction yards.
• Minimum 10yrs experience as Delivery Engineer or Project Engineer, preferably at Senior or Lead level.
• Knowledge of Industry standards

Technical and Business Skills

• Able to work and coordinate a multi-cultural team committed to meeting project objectives.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, focusing on teamwork and ability to communicate & interact within the PMT
• A high level of proficiency in written and spoken English
• Computer literacy involving the regular use of professional office applications and some technical applications
